24-Hour Free Trial

The 24-hour trial is provided at no cost and is intended for evaluation (device/app compatibility, connection quality, and basic performance). Because the trial is free, no refunds apply to the trial period.

Activation & Account Setup

After you sign up (trial or subscription), activation details are sent to the email address provided.

Activation may require registering a device identifier you provide (such as a MAC address) and allocating service resources to your account. Because activation assigns resources to a specific device/account, some paid purchases may be non-refundable once activated, except where required by law or where access cannot be provided due to an issue on our side.

Plan Changes (Subscriptions Over 3 Months)

For subscriptions longer than 3 months, we may allow a transfer to a different plan during the active term, subject to availability, account status, and support approval. Transfers are not guaranteed and must be requested through support.

Refund Eligibility (Paid Subscriptions Only)

Refunds for paid subscriptions may be considered only when:

  • Service access cannot be provided as purchased due to an issue on our side, and

  • Our support team has had a reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot with you.

Service quality can be affected by factors outside our control, including your device, app configuration, home network, Wi-Fi strength, router/firewall settings, ISP routing, and peak-time congestion. Issues caused by these factors may not qualify for a refund.

Payment Processing Fees

If a refund is approved, any non-refundable processing fees charged by payment providers may be deducted where applicable.

Recommendation Before Long-Term Plans

We recommend using the free 24-hour trial first, then starting with a 1-month subscription to confirm performance on your setup before purchasing a longer-term plan.
